Anjana Sukumar is the CEO and Principal Consultant of EcoTech LLC, an IT consulting firm providing business analysis, project management, technology transformation, systems integration, and IT advisory services. She brings extensive experience supporting complex technology initiatives across government, healthcare, insurance, financial services, human resources, utilities, hospitality, and retail.
Since 2023, Anjana has delivered consulting engagements through EcoTech on a Corp-to-Corp basis — supporting programs from requirements and planning through implementation and delivery. Her recent work includes supporting the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) as a Senior Business Analyst and SME on a major initiative to create a single integrated portal for DTA and MassHealth programs, providing business, policy, operational, requirements, workflow, and implementation support.
Additional recent experience includes business systems analysis for insurance technology and data initiatives involving Power BI reporting, SQL-based data analysis, ServiceNow process improvements, requirements development, UAT, and cross-functional technology delivery.
She works with executives, program and project managers, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and end users to define requirements, identify gaps, improve processes, manage delivery, and support successful implementation. Her approach is grounded in clear communication, structured analysis, collaborative problem-solving, and measurable delivery outcomes.
